Q. I am using Vista (or Windows 7) and I keep getting a bunch of error message after loading the app for the first time that say, "Attempt to write a read only database" or "Application can't run without the proper the settings file", what do I do?
A. You have to run the application as Administrator. (Click here for more details - lowers section of page under Installation Instructions)

Q. What is the price for HeroForge and what do I get?
A. You can download the application and run it in trial mode for free. The full version pricing is as follows: $35 for a 1 year update subscription, $25 for a 6 month update subscription, or $15 for a 3 month update subscription. All update subscriptions allow for the following features: Unlimited availability to published updates for the life of the subscription, Saving and Printing of Character files, Import and Export of Custom Data files and Character files, and unlimited use of the Combat Control Console. All subscriptions allow for the activation of the application on up to 3 machines!
